The My Account section of our site provides powerful tools to help you store your favorite products, manage your personal information and set up reminders for orders so you never run out of your favorite coffees and teas.   

Please note:  We do not force you to sign up, it is just an easy step in the order process that enables you to order more easily when you return!!   

My Information:

This is where you can add, change, edit information that you use when ordering, change your password or email address or update billing address and phone numbers.

My Favorites:

This section lets you store your favorite products.  When you add a product to My Favorites, it is stored so that you can easily remember and order in the future.  You can add or delete from this list at any time.  

When you are ready to order, simply click on the product and it will take you to the product page where you can add the item to your cart.   Cool huh, just like having an on-line shopping list.

Reorder:

Re-order is another cool feature to make ordering a breeze. If you always order similar items, just go into My Account and follow the link My Orders. This will give you a list of your previous orders with us. Simply select the order that you want to reorder and hit the Reorder button toward the bottom of the screen. This will add all the items and quantities to your shopping cart. You can still edit the order but reorder speeds the order process for common items.

My Reminders:

This is the section of the site we are most excited about.    With My Reminders, you can set order reminders based on an order you place.    This is a great way to make sure that ordering coffees or teas doesn’t just slip your mind. 

When you use My Reminders, you are basically setting up an email reminder to order a preset order from 1 Great Cup.   You set the reminder for a number of days before the order is wanted.   At that time, we email you and you can either accept the order as is or change the order (increase, decrease, move the reminder).   

How to set up My Reminders:

To set up a reminder, you will go to the My Account area and log in (if you are not already logged in), go to My Reminders and you will see a list of your orders. Select the order that you want a reminder for by clicking on it and set up when you would like to reorder and how long before you would like to be reminded to accept of change the order.

Reminders can be set for a one time reminder, weekly, monthly or every few months.
