Use this basic technique: brew fresh coffee, add sweetener to hot coffee. Fill shaker with ice, add dairy over ice. Add coffee, shake, strain and serve in chilled glass. If you have a B-50 brewer, make a 5 ounce cup of coffee for your iced coffee recipes.

Iced Caffe Mocha
- 16 oz Cup packed with Ice
- ½ packet of Hot Chocolate powder
- 2 oz. Half and Half Creamer
- Good squirt of Chocolate Syrup
- 4-5 Ounces of Dark Coffee: French Roast, Dark Magic
- Chocolate Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Syrup on top

Iced Caramel Latte
- 16 oz Cup packed with Ice
- Good Squirt of Chocolate and Caramel syrup over ice
- Add 2 oz. Half and Half Creamer
- Add sweetener packet of choice
- 4-5 ounce of favorite coffee
- Stir Rigorously
- Add whipped cream
- Add Chocolate Sprinkles
Sprinkle sugar in the raw on top |

- 1 cup (6 oz.) Fair Trade Rain Forest Nut coffee (brewed strong)
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream (or half & half)
- 2 tsp. Sugar (or 2 packets Splenda)
Garnish with a sweet strawberry, split and hung on the rim of the glass. |
