At 1 Great Cup our goal is to ship every order complete the same day we receive the order. We are currently shipping 99.7% of order lines the day they come in for orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific. Our primary carrier is UPS, they provide the best ability to track orders throughout the in transit process and are very consistent.
Because shipping is our second largest expense we try to ship orders complete. In the event that something is out of stock, we will let you know and give you options. Normally, products will be out of stock for just a day or two, but we will let you know. |

We are working to make ordering as easy as possible, today and tommorrow. We have added great new ways to find what you want; by brand, by type or by searching. Additionally, we have added a wishlist for you to keep your favorite coffees and teas ready for order and you can start your order right from the wish list.

Recurring or scheduled order reminders are now available for your convenience. This function is totally in your control, you can set your order to come out every 30 days, but before the order ships we send an email to remind you the order is coming up and give you the ability to accept or change the order. So we put you in control to add or subtract from the order before it ships. No surprises!!!

Simply download our order form, fill it out and email it back. Are happy to hold your payment information off line and send your orders based on pre-established payment instructions.

Give us a ring and we will take care of your order. To keep costs down, we may not always be able to pick-up your call, but we will either return your call within a short time or if you leave your order we will process the order ASAP. Our order phone is 408-838-1799.
