Retrun Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied, so we stand behind our orders and service. If we make a mistake we fix it, if there is a problem with the product we work with you to get a resolution.
If for any reason you have a problem with your order let us know and we will work to make it right. You can always return any unopened, unused product for a full refund of the product price. Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to make sure it arrives without damage. Coffee must be returned within 30 days so that it can be returned to inventory and be re-sellable.
If you need to return a product, please let us know ahead of time. To process a return, we need the name on the order, the order number and the items that you wish to return. We will provide an Return Authrozation number to be placed on the package being returned.
