How We Ship

1 Great Cup has many different shipping options.  Our primary carrier is UPS, they provide the best ability to track orders throughout the in transit process and are very consistent. When you select Nornal shipping during check-out, we will normally ship by UPS ground but maintain the option of using a different carrier.

Shipping options include UPS Ground, Three Day, Two Day and Overnight.   We also offer USPS Priority and Airmail shipping for those hard to reach locations (Alaska and Hawaii)*. We do not ship outside the United States or to locations requiring customs forms (Canada, Guam, APO boxes). Other than normal shipping which is discounted, we charge the carriers published rate. Rates are shown to you before you submit your order based on estimated overall package weight. 

* Orders for Alaska and Hawaii, please select OneGreatCup discounted rate. This option has the USPS Priority shipping rates. If you select "Ground", your order will be delayed until you aggree to a corrected shipping cost.

Normal Shipping Rates:

Using OneGreatCup Discounted shipping method, we offer flat rate shipping by order size with no charge shipping for orders over $81.99 in product value.

$50.00 to $64.99 –  $3.95
$65.00 to $81.99 –  $2.95
$82.00 and up   –  No charge

West Coast Rates*:

West coast customers using the OneGreatCup Discounted shipping method, receive flat rate shipping by order with no charge on orders over $50.00. It costs us less,

$ 0.00 to  $49.99 –  $5.95
$50.00 and up   –  No charge

*Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington state.

Shipment Confirmations: 

We always provide shipment and tracking information.   To do this most effectively we need an email address for you and then, as we ship the order your order confirmation and tracking numbers are delivered to your inbox.    If we do not have an email address, shipment tracking information will be available on the website in the My Account / My Orders portion of the website.
